Andy Webb of Cafe Morso arrived from Melbourne after managing the Stokehouse downstairs restaurant in St Kilda, to working with Bill Granger of ‘Bills’ restaurants, as his operations manager here in Sydney. Developing his own style he teamed up with Alan Vidor from Toga Developments to open Cafe Morso.

 

Four years on Andy owns Morso and divides his time consulting on other hospitality projects, and managing Morso. Andy consults on existing business operations providing direction, and assists with the planning and set up of new ventures.
